Biomatcell
BIOMATCELL VINN Excellence Center of Biomaterials and Cell Therapy is a 10-year research programme, co-funded by VINNOVA, University of Gothenburg and 10 other partner organizations

.The ambition of BIOMATCELL is to combine the expertise of materials science and medical devices, with state-of-the art and emerging knowledge of biological components, including stem cells, for generating scientific knowledge, product ideas and clinical therapies in the international fore-front of regenerative medicine.
The research profile is truly interdisciplinary, spanning from atomic scale synthesis and characterization of materials, via molecular and cell biology, to the clinical disciplines.
