Jan Wahlström new CEO for Biolin Scientific AB
“I am looking forward to develop Biolin Scientific further", says Jan Wahlström. "We have worked hard to consolidate the company over the last years and will continue to work towards our ambitious goals. We have great opportunities in several geographical markets and with all our products."
Jan Wahlström is currently Deputy CEO and COO of Biolin Scientific. He has been employed since 2007 as Managing Director of the subsidiary Q-Sense and as Sales Director. Jan Wahlström has a long experience from scientific instruments in companies like Waters Corp and Skandinaviska Genetech.  Jan Wahlström will assume his position as CEO after the General Annual Meeting on April 26, 2010.
 
“Jan Wahlström has until date had an excellent performance in the company and we are convinced that he is the right person to lead Biolin Scientific to continued growth and further success. At the same time we wish to thank Fredrik Lindgren for his tremendous work in creating a solid platform for Biolin Scientific as an international provider of analytical instruments." says Bo Håkansson, Chairman of the Board of Biolin Scientific.
 
Jan Wahlström will succeed Fredrik Lindgren who leaves after the Annual General Meeting on April 26, 2010. Fredrik Lindgren will take on the position as CEO for KaroBio.
